This blog receives very very many many visitors who are looking for news about the famous computer game The Sims 3.

I can tell that about 99% are looking for special modifications, especially sexy clothes, nude skins and even hotter things like they know from the predecessor The Sims 2.

I have written a few posts about that but they are a bit outdated now. So before people get disappointed because they can’t find any Sims 3 downloads here on mxm-studios.com i’m going to give you a few hints.

But i also must make a bitter confession…

I’m currently not modding The Sims 3!

I must confess that i’m actually no part of the active modding scene. You can’t expect to see Sims 3 versions of my famous Sims 2 newd skins in the nearer future.

It’s simply a time problem. Modding The Sims 3 is a complete new challenge that takes tons of time and energy. I know that there are many cool people out there who are already programming tools and creating stuff for The Sims 3 but i can’t find enough free space in my calendar.

That’s not completely new. People who know my work for a couple of years already know that i said good bye to file creating to fully concentrate on my machinima stories a long time ago. It’s no question that my erotic series “Luisa & The Elfish Spell” has first priority.

Kicking the programmer’s a** ;-)

Another problem is that i’m not a programmer. Those god-like characters provide the community with the tools and plugins that are required to produce real custom stuff.

You know, i don’t think that outfits you’ve created in-game are real custom content, though those tools are very well done – like the whole game.

If you want me to create sexy stuff for The Sims 3 you got to go and kick some good programmer’s butts to make them develop some really cool modding tools that make meshing, skinning, animating and posing so super easy that stupid naughty people like me can understand.

Support the free community!

If you want newd skins and sexy stuff for The Sims 3 you need to support the free modding community. Those creators who can’t be found on the official exchange.

You will never get any erotic content from EA. Mark that. The official game will never show a slider to enlarge the breasts. There will never be a button to remove the censor blur. You will never see naturally detailed skins that were shipped with an expansion.

Please support the free community. For example, modthesims.info is still a very good entry. I also recommend customsims3.com which is the website of Wes_h, one of the greatest and most respectable programmers in the scene.

I also saw that another long-time modder, “Shaklin”, seems to be back on board and concentrating on custom animations!

These sites are good places to get involved. Don’t expect newd skins there. But expect loads of brilliant information that may help you to understand a few things.

If it interests you you can start to create stuff by yourself. Why wasting time with searching for stuff when you could become a modder yourself?

I feel sorry that you can’t find sexy skins for your Sims 3 here or on any of my sites. I’m sure i will dive into that somewhere in the future.
