ThriXXX is only a small studio, hard working on the long-awaited SexVilla 3. So SV-addicts worry about if ThriXXX will still continue to release updates for the current game version, sv2.

The answer is yes, according to an official statement that can be found in the game’s forum gamerotica.com.

Of course, ThriXXX can’t push the development of SexVilla 3 forward and create monthly updates for the old version as well. So i only expect new packages every 3 or 4 months. BTW, i don’t expect SexVilla 3 to come out until 2013. I hope i’m wrong here ;)

The next questions are: When  will the update come out and what will it be?

ThriXXX guy “Dirty-Six” simply says “especially this month is some love in the air”, which could mean that the next big SexVilla 2 update is coming this February. So don’t expect it before end of April :) Only kidding.

According to the recent “Room Poll” the next update should feature a “Haunted – Mad Scientist Lab – Dungeon” kind of location and related outfits and stuff. Those poll results were good parameters to make predictions in 2011, so i think this method is still working fine.

Personally, i would be happier with the second poll winner “Restaurant – Coffee Shop – Cafe” but when i look at the high quality of recent update packages, i’m happy with everything.

Still many questions about SexVilla 3!

Unfortunately there is still no way to find out some hard facts about numerous things regarding SexVilla 3.

I believe ThriXXX will keep the current pay system where you need to purchase virtual “Sex Coins” to virtually buy content packages in the game’s “Sex Shop”. They will split SexVilla 3 in many little parts to get the most out of it.

It’s more than obvious that the known editors like PoseEdit and Sequencer (just to name a few) MUST be available with the first release. As well as a complete collection of content packages for custom creators. Without these things SexVilla 3 will be uninteresting for most all long-time users – who are the most important clients for ThriXXX.

I really hope that there will be even more editors, mainly to create own rooms and locations. ThriXXX finally MUST understand the huge importance of such “Sims-Factors”.

I also could imagine that they manage to create cool import/export functions to enable people importing their own 3D-Objects and – more important – to transform old sv2 models and poses into the new sv3 code.

For now, let’s lean back and keep on having fun with SexVilla 2. There’s still so much to do with it.

According to ThriXXX developer Altgurl the third major version of SexVilla is shortly before reaching Alpha status.

The devs still don’t know how to design the ingame editors and creative tools, like PoseEdit and the Sequencer. So the editors that can be seen in the clip are mostly from developer tools and don’t show anything final.

But the video is filled with many small hints that will please the SexVilla addicts and impress many potentially new users…

Meshes!

Just like expected, the completely redesigned 3D-Meshes are rich of polygons = more detailed = more realistic. Compare the faces and breasts of SexVilla 2 and SexVilla 3:

 Physics!

There will be physics in SexVilla 3! Touching and interacting with a body will make it shake :)

Even the new hair will move, but it’s not sure if this is a true gravity effect or only an animation. Anyway, better than the static SV2 hair.

Animations!

For the base animations ThriXXX uses motion capturing. I’m sure they have a lot of fun doing it :)

It seems that there will be many cool casual poses/animations in the game, like walking, talking, turning around and so on. You might think it’s not important for a sex game but then you’re wrong. Casual animations are very important for movie makers and apart from that, it just looks great and makes the gaming experience so much deeper.

Non-Static locations!

Pretty cool for us story creators is the ability to move furnitures around. I’m still dreaming of a complete location editor where i can create own rooms, houses, universes. Don’t think this will happen, though.

But in a long term ThriXXX plans to add import/export functionality for files made with third-party software. Cool.

SexVilla 3 Teaser – Small Version!

Still got questions/worries!

There are still some topics i wonder about. I can’t see anything about butt/hips in the teaser. A weak part in SexVilla 2 that got to be improved in version 3.

Also, it was about time for a hair editor, but after all the hair doesn’t look perfect to me. For example: It still moves through the body mesh – which shouldn’t be standard for a market leader.

The same counts for body/pubic hair. It would be nice to get real meshes instead of flat textures.

I also cannot locate too many facts about the lighting/shading system.

And scenes that feature only 3 models – like shown in the video – just aren’t enough. People love multi-person gangbang/groupsex/orgy scenarios.

Resume!

There are still countless things to talk about. But we only got a pre-alpha teaser here and it’s still hard to tell what SexVilla 3 will feel like.

It seems like ThriXXX is on the right way to pimp up that old SexVilla 2 into a future-stable v3. But it’s way to early to make happy air jumps.

The last official note about the next big Version of the porn game SexVilla i can remember is from about a year or more ago. 2011 was really annoying in that point, due to a weak information strategy.

But ’11 is over and here come the big news, posted by no one less than the leading ThriXXX developer ALTGURL on the official community site gamerotica.com.

The man talks open hearted about SexVilla 3 and its development status. It’s now clear that the small team at ThriXXX worked hard on v3 for the whole 2011 while they also tried to update the current version 2. Tough job.

The smashing news here is that they create a “Making of” Teaser which is expected to be released in the last week of January.

SexVilla 3 Teaser and Release Date!

According to ALTGURL it will show a couple of new features, the new bodies, lighting/shading and other things that will hopefully push the – a bit out aged – game to an up-to-date standard.

ALTGURL is also doing some trade shows to get decent feedback from the industry. This shows how seriously and professional this piece of underestimated software is developed.

But for the moment there isn’t more to tell you about “3D SexVilla 3″. The announced Teaser is mainly targeted at the SexVilla Community to bring some feedback in.

And a realistic release date is far from being announced. Probably by the end of 2012. Probably later. Maybe some kind of Alpha/Beta release a little earlier. Even the devs doesn’t seem to have an idea yet.

After all, let’s be happy that the SexVilla 3 project is still alive and kicking. And let’s hope that ALTGURL and the ThriXXX team finally come out of the shadows and start a developers blog or something like that. Am i asking too much?

It’s always the hardest thing to squeeze out some hot news from the SexVilla developers. Unfortunately their marketing concept is far behind the moon (They aren’t even on twitter, imagine that). But anyway, new preview shots and a short clip appeared on the official community site, gamerotica.com:

I think it’s a great location, i also like the surrounding. Unfortunately you can’t go inside (the boat), only exterior poses are possible. But i think it’s still a nice location and i will have a closer look at it when it is available.

Of course this SexVilla update will also contain new hair styles (i hope there will be not only one new style but at least 3 or more) and new outfits, such as this cocktail dress:
